Made in Italy artisan ovens
For over 80 years, we at Ambrogi have been manufacturing wood and gas fired pizza ovens in Italy and marketing them across the world. Our ovens are specifically designed for pizzerias and restaurants. The ovens available, more specifically, are suitable for cooking traditional Neapolitan pizza, as well as for traditional and pan-baked pizza.
An Ambrogi oven is, therefore, a synonym for quality, since every oven is a Made in Italy masterpiece. This means that absolutely nothing is left to chance and that every aspect is designed down to the smallest detail in order to guarantee the greatest reliability and durability.
In this respect, the attention paid to the choice of construction materials and the meticulous checks carried out during the manufacturing phases mean that any necessary maintenance is reduced to the minimum. The particular compound used to build the dome has been designed to avoid heat drops and heat dispersion, with the consequent benefit of controlling costs.
Thanks to the tireless work of our distributors, Ambrogi ovens can be found in over 20,000 pizzerias and restaurants around the world. Our wood and gas fired ovens are not just a symbol of conviviality but also design elements with great aesthetic impact that add a touch of class to any furnishing and, at the same time, bring character to the environment. Our ovens are recognised as a symbol of Italian quality and this explains why every model available is constantly in demand, even outside Italy where theyβre manufactured.
The unmistakeable style of our ovens easily blends into any type of furnishing and work setting, starting with the most classic ovens up to those which are more contemporary and modern. Installing an Ambrogi oven is simplicity itself since our pizza ovens can be placed into any environment, whether new or already existing.
A wide range of wood and gas fired pizza ovens
Ambrogi offers a wide assortment of instantly recognisable wood and gas fired ovens. The numerous models are not just gorgeous to look at – they are imposing, elegant, compact and perfect for meeting the needs of any restaurant or pizzeria. It should also be remembered that our ovens make the most of the space available, even when this space is limited.
The wide range of our wood and gas fired pizza ovens is made up of many models including the Napoli, Gran Napoli and Napoli Elite: domed ovens with traditional lines. The first has a classic domed shape in true Neapolitan tradition; the second stands out for its innovative conical form; and the third boasts a large, glossy dome with copper or mosaic hood. The finishing and external coating on each of these pizza oven models can be customised as desired.
Another insulated pizza oven is the Amalfi, featuring a stainless steel cylindrical structure and complete with a compartment for storing wood. Also worth mentioning is the Jolly line, perfect for the home or the street food vendor. It is available unfinished (to be built in) or finished and consists of a customisable mono-block with the unmistakeable dome shape, typical of Neapolitan ovens, and can also come with a generous threshold to make preparing pan-baked pizzas or pizza by the metre easier.
The Ambrogi catalogue also includes the BASE/MEC-80 model, pre-assembled unfinished, to be built in and customised on the basis of specific needs, in addition to the Universal model which, on the other hand, does not require any additional finishing work since it comes in its own steel or copper structure. For parties, celebrations, catering and whenever there is a need for a mobile pizzeria, the Festival model is the perfect choice, also ideal for mounting on trailers, trucks and trolleys for a ready-to-use oven during the day.
All our ovens, which reach sufficiently high temperatures, are capable of cooking various types of pizza and oven-baked products.
Why choose an Ambrogi professional pizza oven?
The fascinating world of pizza is rich with more or less trustworthy traditions and clichΓ©s. One thing is certain though: the choice of a superior quality oven always makes the difference when it comes to bringing perfectly cooked, delicious pizza to the table that everyone can agree tastes wonderful.
In any case, the choice of wood fired or gas fired depends on the location in which the oven will be installed, the pizza makerβs preference and many other factors. In some situations, the wood fired oven, which, generally speaking, is most requested since it respects a long tradition, cannot be installed due to, for example, particular technical needs. That is why, then, there is always the option of the gas fired oven which integrates a highly practical burner and eliminates the need to deal with ash and soot as well as the issue of where to store the wood.
